基于负刚度理论的悬架系统设计及整车平顺性仿真分析

摘    要:应用负刚度理论,建立新的汽车悬架系统,来降低悬架系统的固有频率,在系统动力学分析软件ADAMS/Car中建立整车虚拟样机模型。在研究整车平顺性时,对有无负刚度悬架系统整车模型进行了随机路面输入下的平顺性仿真试验,通过对比仿真结果可以知,仿真结果与MATLAB仿真结果一致,即负刚度悬架系统可以减小系统的固有频率,降低系统的振动传递,能够较好的改善汽车平顺性。

Abstract:The natural frequency of the suspension system was reduced by applying the negative stiffness theory, as the result, new suspension system of the vehicle was built. The vehicle virtual prototype model was established in the system by dynamics sottware ADAMS/Car. When researching the vehicle comfort, the vehicle ride simulation of negative stiffness suspension system model and of no negative stiffness suspension system vehicle model were all carried out under random road input. By comparing the simulation results, it is known what the simulation results and MATLAB simulation results are consistent, and that the negative stiffness suspension system can reduce the natural frequency and the vibration transfer rate of the system, which all function to improve vehicle comfort.
