摘    要:燃烧过程对发动机的整机性能有着重要的影响,运用多维数值模拟可以很好地模拟内燃机的燃烧过程,优化燃烧系统,提高发动机的性能。本文运用KIVA-3V对直喷化改装后的1105柴油机进行了模拟仿真,得到了大量的缸内燃烧信息,研究了燃烧室偏心对柴油机燃烧过程的影响。绘制了偏移量为0、-8.54mm、和-10mm时的缸内温度场和压力场图,通过详细的分析和比较,得到了一些有用的结论,为下一步燃烧室的优化提供了有价值的基础数据。

Abstract:Combustion processes have an important influence for engine performance. By use of 3D digital simulation method, combustion processes of engines can be simulated to optimize combustion system and improve performance of engines. This paper studies influence of offset of combustion chamber on combustion processes of engines and gains a great of combustion information in cylinder by use of simulation for a revised 1105 diesel engine. The temperature and pressure fields under the offsets of 0, - 8.54 mm and - 10 mm are drawn and useful conclusions can be got through analysis and comparison for the further researches on combustion chamber optimizing.
