稀土对铝及铝合金电弧喷涂层性能影响的研究

摘    要:本文研究了稀土对铝和铝合金电弧喷涂层性能的影响,对四种丝材涂层的结合强度、孔隙率进行了对比,并利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜观察分析了涂层组织结构。结果表明稀土的加入提高了涂层的结合强度,使孔隙变小、数量减少,明显改善涂层性能。

Abstract:This paper studies the influence of Rare-earth elements on the properties of Al and Al alloy arc spraying coatings. In our test we contrast the adhesive strength and porosity of four kinds of coatings and analyze the microstructure using optical micraseopes and SEM. It is obtained from test that the Rare - earth additives can improve the adhesive strength, decrease porosity, make porousness smaller, therefor, raise the properties of the arc spraying coatings.
