螺纹脱模机构的创新设计

摘    要:指出常用螺纹脱模机构的应用条件及优缺点。介绍了创新设计方法—功能分析法的基本原理,设计了一种新的螺纹脱模机构,即利用凸轮—螺旋机构进行脱模,并总结了其优越性。表明了在机构设计中应用创新设计的原理,可以快速、直观的发现问题,并能够有效地解决问题。

Abstract:Expound the widely used mold structures of plastic part with thread, explain the requirements of these structures, the advantage and drawback. Introduce the principle of a theory of innovated design-function analysis, design a new mold structure, and further more, summarize the superiority, comparing with the traditional mold structure. It is shown that with the principle of innovated creation, designers can find problems objectively and fleetly, then classify them orderly and logically, and resolve them completely and effectively at last.
