滨海软弱地质条件下宽幅箱梁现浇支架设计

摘    要:结合珠海横琴二桥跨天沐河段预应力混凝土连续箱梁现浇支架设计实例,对滨海软弱地质条件下宽幅大跨箱梁现浇支架设计进行方案比选,采用MIDAS/CIVIL有限元结构分析软件建立桩柱式贝雷支架空间杆系模型、设置边界条件、添加施工荷载,进行高仿真结构模拟分析,为同类型桥梁现浇支架设计与施工提供参考.

Abstract:Combined the design of prestressed concrete continuous box girder cast bracket across Tianmu River of the Second Hengqin River Bridge as an example, the scheme comparison on support design of cast-in-place box beam of broad width on seashore soft geological is proceeded. By using MIDASVCIVIL finite element structural analysis software, the column of bailey support spatial truss model is established, boundary condition is set up, the construction load is added. So the high simulation model and analysis of structure is conducted. The design method and construction requirement of fastener-style steel pipe supporting frame and portal channel in cast-in-place box beam are proposed systematically. They can provide reference for design and construction of the same type of bridge cast bracket.
