摘    要:水电站厂房具有跨度大、层高较高、吊车起重量大、计算工况多以及内力产生的结构变形比一般工业厂房大等特点.以某水电站厂房作为研究对象,为对厂房排架柱内力展开计算,分析了排架柱结构形式及其特征,以控制变形作为其结构设计的关键因素,并根据结构的选型与布置、构造以及构件的刚度比综合确定其计算简图.采用PK程序对风荷载、最大起重力、最大刹车力作用下的排架柱内力进行了计算,并采用空间杆系分析方法TAT为结构变形进行补充计算,计算结果反映了排架柱的实际受力情况,能够作为绘制施工图的设计依据.

Abstract:The hydropower station workshop has the characteristics of large span, higher height, crane lifting weight, calculated more and the structure deformation that is bigger than that of general industrial factory building. As the research object of a hydropower plant, for the workshop bent frame column intemal force calculation, the bent frame column structure and its characteristics were analyzed in this paper. As the structure design of the key factors to control the deformation, and according to the selection of the structure and layout, structure, and the stiffness ratio to comprehensive determine its calculation diagram. The PK program was adopted to calculate the intemal force of bent frame column under the action of wind load, maximum lifting force and maximum braking force. And it uses the space truss analysis method TAT to replenish the structure deformation calculation, the calculation results reflect the actual situation of the bent frame column force, and that can be used as a paint shop drawing design basis.
