| 摘 要： | 薄膜太阳电池以其低成本吸引越来越多的研究者。CIGS薄膜作为光伏材料,其光电转化效率高,性能稳定,CIGS薄膜太阳能电池成为各国研究的热点之一。近来研究主要关注CIGS薄膜太阳电池大面化、薄膜效率影响因素和工艺研究。本文主要介绍CIGS薄膜电池近年来的研究进展。

| Abstract: | At present,more and more researchers are engaged in research work of thin film solar cells due to its low cost.CIGS thin film as one type of photovoltaic materials has the advantages in photoelectric transformation of high efficiency and stable performance,etc.Therefore,CIGS thin film solar cells research are becoming prevailing in many countries.This paper mainly introduces the recent research progress of CIGS thin-film cells. |
