| 摘 要： | 双稳态触发器是具有记忆功能的核心逻辑单元，在数字集成电路中发挥着重要作用。采用特征方程法并配合电路结构来研究双稳态触发器的逻辑功能，充分体现了各触发器之间的演变过程、相互联系及转换。

| Abstract: | Stable state trigger is core logical unit which has memory function and plays an important role in digital integrated circuit. Using characteristic equation method and circuit structure studies logical function about double stable state trigger and fully embodies evolution process,relation and conversion each other in all trigger.At the same time,full research of logical function about double stable state trigger goes on a new step in designing digital integrated electronic circuit,improving precision and technology. |
