定位元件制造误差对定位精度影响的探讨

本文通过对零件安装实例的分析计算，得出定位零件制造误差对定位精度影响的诸因素。并就同一工序中夹具的使用情况进行讨论，认为当使用单套夹具时，定位元件误差是其制造允差范围内的一个定值；当使用多套夹具时，应考虑定位元件制造允差范围内两个极限状态对定位精度的影响。

On the Effect of Manufacture Errors of Position-Element to Position Accuracy

Through analyses and calculations of practical asembly examples, the effect of manufacture errors of position-elements to position accuracy is diecussed. the results of the jig usage in the same procedure show that in case of using a single set of jigs, the errors of position-element is of a value within its manufacture tolerance while in case of using more than one set of jigs, the effect of the two limiting values of the manufacture tolerance of the position-elements to the position accuracy should be considered.
