摘    要:为了提高混合动力汽车驱动系统中双向DC/ DC装置的开关频率,把三电平技术应用到该装置中,提出一种新的三电平双向DC/DC变换器拓扑。通过分析电路,在相同先决条件下,将三电平拓扑和传统两电平拓扑相比,得出前者的开关管电压应力和电感电流可减小的幅度,最后通过仿真试验验证了分析结果。

Abstract:To improve the switch frequency of the bidirectional DC/DC converters in HEV,a novel three level topology of the bidirectional DC/DC converter is presented.By analyzing the inductive current ripple and voltage stress of switches under the same condition of the three-level topology and triditional two-level topology respectively,comes the result that the reduced value of the current ripple and voltage stress have been got in the former. The principle of this converter has been verified by a simu- lative prototype.
