Abstract:A more flexible and comprehensive computational program is developed based on exergy analysis method for power plant by means of searching universal principles of thermal processes which can provide unit and thermal system exergy performance monitoring information.The simulation work shows that the program models are efficient for an example of a power plant in which all the exergy loss and exergy efficiency have been determined for the steam cycle. Results for this application are presented and discussed.Tables 4 and refs 16.
