超稠油乳化降粘技术试验研究

摘    要:针对超稠油电加热降粘技术能耗较高的现状,开展了掺活性水替代井筒电加热工艺技术研究.为此,首先开展了室内基本配方实验研究,然后进行了动态管道流动模拟实验研究.在特油公司采油四区进行了现场试验,结果表明,掺活性水降粘技术可成功取代电加热降粘技术,并获得了可观的经济效益和社会效益.

Abstract:In accordance with the current status of high energy consumption of super heavy oil viscosity reduction by electric heating, technological study of replacing wellbore electric heating by blending active water is performed. The study first conducted is in-house experimental study of basic formula, then is experimental study of dynamic pipe flow modeling. Field test has been conducted in No.4 oil recovery block of the Special Oil Company. Test result shows that, the technology of blending active water has successfully replaced electric heating, and has notable economical and social benefit.
