摘    要:从用户的角度出发,总结十多年专业生产矿热炉用电极的经验教训,分析了矿热炉用电极的现状及存在的问题,提出了解决的途径和办法,并生产出高品质、不易断裂、消耗低的炭素电极,以用户的使用效果证明,国产电极完全能够满足大型矿热炉的冶炼要求。

Abstract:From the perspective of users,summerized the experience and lessons of specialized producing submerged arc furnce electrode for more than ten years,analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the electrode,put forward the solutions and measures,and produced the carbon electrode with high quality,low consumption and seldom crack and fracture. The use effect proved that domestic electrode can fully meet the smelting demand for large-scale submerged arc furnace.
