摘    要:窑街劣质煤热电厂 1 30t/h循环流化床锅炉金属件和耐磨材料在运行中磨损严重 ,导致经常性爆管停炉。为解决这一技术难题 ,在锅炉运行实践中 ,通过调整参数、改造系统等方法摸索出一些减少磨损的途径 ,为循环流化床的使用和发展积累了经验。

Abstract:Serious abrasion of metallic parts and abrasion-resistant materials occurred in the operation of the 130t/h CFBC boiler for the power plant fueled by inferior coal at Yaojie,which often cause boiler stoppage due to explosion of the heat exchange tubes.Aiming at solution of this difficult problem,ways for abrasion reduction was found out in the course of operation practice,including adjustment of operation parameters and conversion of the boiler system,from which experiences accumulated for the operation and development of CFBC boilers.k
