多光轴平行度检测设备的检测误差分析

摘    要:介绍了一种室内工作的光轴平行度检测设备,重点探讨了设备的激光光斑质心位置计算误差.对其主要构成、系统光强信噪比、靶板与CCD像面夹角测量误差、光学系统成像误差、像元能量质心误差、激光光斑灰度量化误差等进行了分析研究,通过实例.求得了激光光斑质心计算误差值.在分析了该检测设备主要误差的基础上给出了系统误差的计算公式和计算结果

Abstract:A measure equipment of multi-optical axis parallelism was introduced.The error origin of measure equipment was analyzed,which including error about diffraction limit leaded by collimator,aberration of collimator,repetitive position precision of guide rail,and calculation error about the center of mass position of laser facula etc.All kinds of errors are measured or estimated in the test.Finally,measure precision of measure equipment is obtained.
