摘    要:水电站金属蜗壳外围结构是指水轮机层以下二期砼范围内的钢筋砼结构 ,是一个整体性很强的空间结构 .其体形复杂 ,除了可用三维有限元法分析其空间应力状态外 ,还没有精确的方法可用以计算外围结构的内力 .目前外围结构设计中 ,一般采用平面框架力学法计算内力 .一些大流量电站由于转轮直径大 ,蜗壳进水管直径大 ,而座环尺寸小 ,座环处砼连结不可靠 ;若座环视为一不动铰 ,采用外周边固结计算时 ,蜗壳外周边固端配筋有可能不足 .今提出按外周边固定 ,内周边自由的板予以计算 ,能较好地解决问题

Abstract:Hydroelectric power house metal spiral case periphery structure is below the hydraulic turbine layer inside the two phases concrete scopes the reinforing steel concrete structure,being a space structure that the wholeness is very strong,his bodily form is complicated.Except the available three dimension finite element methods are analysed his space stress state,still there is not the available internal force of accurate method with the calculation periphery structure.Generally still use frame mechanics law calculation internal force on plane in the periphery physical design at present.Some huge currents capacity power stations are big owing to the turning wheel diameter,and spiral case is intake,and the pipe diameter is big,and the seat ring size is small,and even the knot is unreliable to a seat ring place concrete.The as if will be looded around for one not moving and cut with scissors by the seat,and the outer periphery solidifies calculation,and to join in marriage the muscle inadequate probably to the solid end of periphery outside the spiral case.It is fixed admittedly that this text is put forward according to the periphery outside the elasticity thin board theory,and the annular board wall of interior periphery freedom counts.
