油纸电容式套管的发展与展望

摘    要:对国产油纸电容式套管的发展历史和技术进步进行了简要总结,举例说明了国内套管在整体结构、外形、电气性能、机械强度以及套管内油性能控制方面均达到了国际领先水平,如:法兰和油枕采用铸铝合金一次成型;外露金属件表面抛光处理;72.5kV套管在200kV(标准为147kV)下1min工频耐压和140kV(标准为72.5kV)下局部放电试验皆通过,其他电压等级套管也有较高的电气性能裕度;550kV套管最大抗弯负荷可达5kN以上。对套管仍然存在的主要质量问题如:套管渗漏油、未屏电阻偏低以及油中含气量超标(≥2μl/l)等提出了几点改进意见,论述了油纸电容式套管向特高压、直流等方向发展的紧迫性。

Abstract:The domestic bushing reached world advanced level in respects of design, appearance, electrical and mechanical performance and control of oil performance. For instance, the flange and the expansion head are made of silumin casting, external metal surfaces are polished, 72.5kV bushing has a power frequency withstand voltage (1min) of 200kV instead of 147kV as specified and PD test voltage of 140kV instead of 72.5kV as specified, bushings of other voltage ratings also have a enhanced margin in respect of electrical performance. 500kV bushing has a maximum bending load up to 5kN. Suggestions are made for improvement main existing problems such as: oil leakage, reduced unscreened resistance and enhanced gas content in oil(≥2μl/l). Urgency for development of oil-impregnated paper condenser bushing toward UHV and DC field is described.
