摘    要:土壤的干湿变化直接影响到土壤中金属材料的腐蚀.为此,应用失重法研究了土壤湿度对Q235钢在苏里格大气田土壤中腐蚀行为的影响,结合电镜、能谱等手段对腐蚀产物进行表征,并对腐蚀机理进行了初步探讨.结果表明:土壤湿度对Q235钢的腐蚀影响很严重,在湿度为10%时,出现最大腐蚀速率.腐蚀形貌观察发现Q235钢点腐蚀倾向较为严重;钢的腐蚀产物主要是铁的氧化物(Fe2O3,Fe3O4).

Abstract:The effect of the soil of humidity at Sulige Gas Field on the corrosion behavior of Q235 steel was stud-ied using weight loss method.The composition and morphology of the corroded products were analyzed by means of scanning elec-tron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometry.Results showed that soil humidity had a great impact on the corrosion be-havior of the steel,and the greatest corrosion rate was recorded for the steel at a soil humidity of 10%.Moreover,the Q235 steel was dominated by serious pitti...
