摘    要:通过断口宏观和微现金相检验、三维有限元分析,结合具体设计参数及计算数值,对SWC620万向接轴断裂原因进行了分析:结果表明,十字轴断裂是由过载造成的,并针对断裂原因提出解决方案。

Abstract:Based on macro-and microscopic metallographic examination of the crack,3D FEM analysis and combined with product design parameters and calculated figures,the failure causes of the cross head of SWC620 universal joint were analyzed.The result shows that the main reason for the fracture of the cross head is"overload".The way to solve the problem have been proposed.
