几丁质酶在植物抗病工程中的应用

摘    要:几丁质酶存在于植物和微生物中,为单基因编码,能够催化几丁质水解,几丁质是危害植物的病原真菌的细胞壁主要成分之一,而植物中尚未发现几丁质酶的底物,所以,几丁质酶在植物体内的诱导与积累,对于增强植物的抗病能力有重要作用,本文通过对几丁质酶的类型、生化特征、结构以及诱导与表达的介绍,对几丁质酶在植物抗病工程中的应用进行了阐述。

Abstract:Chitinases coded by single genes are located in plant and micro-organism.They can catalyze the hydrolysis of chitin which is one of the major component of fungal cell walls.But the substrates of chitinases have not yet been found in plant.So the regulation and accumulation of chitinase in plant play important roles in reducing the damage caused by pathogens.In this paper,we elaborated their classification,biochemical properties,structure,regulation and expression focusing on their roles in resistance to fungal diseases.
