油田用缓蚀剂筛选与评价程序研究

摘    要:油田生产系统中CO2、H2S、Cl-、O2、细菌等腐蚀性介质的普遍存在,导致油田用钢腐蚀无处不在,而室内实验和现场应用均表明投加高效缓蚀剂是缓解腐蚀的一种有效方法,目前,国内外缓蚀剂品种繁多,如何快速、经济地筛选出高效、可靠的缓蚀剂是油田防腐蚀的基础。本文研究了一套适合油田不同生产系统用缓蚀剂的筛选与评价程序,并在塔河油田现场应用中取得了成功。

Abstract:The existence of the corrosive medium in the oilfield, such as CO2, H2S, Cl-, 02, caused the ubiquitous corrosion on the steel structure in the oilfield. Inhibition was proved to be an effective measurement from corrosion by the laboratory and on-site experiments. This paper introduced a program for the selection and evaluation on the inhibitors in different manufacturing system in the oilfield. The program has been successfully used in the Tahe oilfield.
