| 摘 要： | 超大规模玻璃退火窑研发的重点是解决玻璃板与冷却风之间的热交换,使玻璃板在不同退火区域能够按工艺要求的冷却速率冷却,在研发和实践过程中解决了诸多关键技术,使之横向温差小,残余应力低,并且已成功应用到3条1000t级浮法退火窑上,取得了良好的退火效果。
