摘    要:提出了一种用于大范围恒温的高精度循环水冷却器。针对当前国内循环水冷却器的精度较低,而国外高精度冷却器成本高、工艺复杂的现状,提出了一种采用多级恒温的方法,介绍了多级循环水冷却器的系统方案和用于恒温的模糊算法设计,通过建模仿真论证了设计方案的可行性。

A Design of Multi-stage Precise Circulating Water Chiller Used for Large-scale Temperature Control
Abstract:A type of precise circulating water chiller used for large-scale temperature control is presented in this paper. A method of multi-stage temperature control is presented because the low precision of the home chillers and the high cost and complicated crafts of the foreign precise chillers. The system scheme of the multi-stage circulating water chiller and the design of fuzzy controller used for temperature control are introduced. The feasibility of the design is evaluated by simulation.
