| 摘 要： | 介绍了在Matlab环境中对硬件端口进行采集的两种方法——Matlab工具箱法(仪器控制工具箱和数据采集工具箱)和Mex文件法，介绍了它们的开发步骤和基本思路，并给出了例子说明，最后对这两种方法的优缺点进行了分析和比较。
