基于正交试验法的注塑件工艺参数多目标优化

摘    要:从生产实际出发,基于正交试验法和采用Moldflow软件,对不同工艺条件下的塑件成型过程进行模拟分析,最后运用多目标综合平衡法,对塑件成型后的顶出体积收缩率、翘曲变形量和浇口注射压力进行综合评判,确定最优的注射工艺参数组合方案。在此基础上改进模具设计,并对该工艺方案进行生产验证,实际证明与工艺优化前对比效果明显。
