纤维素酶耐高温高产菌株的选育

摘    要:该文以绿色木霉N0为出发菌株,经紫外线、亚硝基胍诱变处理,采用刚果红透明圈法,在含有制霉菌素浓度为20U的平板上挑取Hc值(透明圈直径与菌落直径之比)比N0大的菌株分别在不同温度下进行固态发酵复筛,得到耐高温(38℃)高酶活菌株110。

Abstract:In screening high-production and resisting high- temporature mutant of cellulase Trichoderma viride of N0 were mutagenized by the UV, NTG mutagenic agents. From the selected mediums containing CMC as sole carbon source and 20U nystatin ,we selected some strains with lager HC value(ratio of diameter of clearing zones and colony )than that of T0 . These selected strains were repeatedly screened by measuring CMCase and FPA activity of fermentating solide in different temporature.
