甘油三油酸酯的合成研究

摘    要:以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂合成了甘油三油酸酯 ,最佳工艺条件为催化剂用量为甘油质量的 6 .9% ,油酸过量 10 % ,反应时间 4 .5h ,反应温度 15 0~ 16 0℃时 ,产率达 92 .7%。建立了一套甘油三油酸酯的分离、分析检测方法。

Abstract:The synthesis of glycerol trioleate from oleic acid and glycerol with toluene-p- sulfonic acid as catalyst was studied. The optimal conditions were obtained as follows: molar ratio of oleic acid to glycerol=1.1∶1, w(catalyst)=6.9% of glycerol, reaction temperature 150160 ℃, reaction time 4.5 h. The yield is 92.7%. The methods for separating and analyzing glycerol trioleate were given.
