摘    要:在工业条件下采用两种不同脱氧和精炼工艺生产弹簧钢,通过光学显微镜和扫描电镜对弹簧钢连铸坯中非金属夹杂物进行研究。通过比较不同的脱氧工艺,对钢中的非金属的数量、尺寸、形貌及成分进行讨论,并提出预防措施。

Abstract:Two different deoxidation and refining processes were used to produce the spring steel.The nonmetallic inclusions in casting blank were studied by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope.Compared with the two deoxidization processes,the details about the oxides numbers, dimension,and chemical composition were discussed,and the prevention measures were suggested.
