MTH框架式铝合金水泥混凝土整平机

三轴水泥混凝土整平机结构简单,对混凝土质量要求不高,但存在自重较大,一次摊铺宽度较窄,摊铺宽度不能变化以及不能摊铺带坡度的排水面层等缺点。研究开发一种新型框架式铝合金水泥混凝土整平机,主要材料为高强度耐碱蚀的特种铝合金,整体结构采用框架式三角形结构,底部由角形型材组成平面,顶部由一方管形成支撑主梁,由长度为0.5～3m的标准节连接组合而成。该机可以在现场组装,使用轻巧方便,一次摊铺宽度最大可达25m,工作效率高,还可根据需要调节摊铺两侧具有坡度的路面。
