摘    要:为解决传统pH值在线监测仪器存在的传输距离短、测量信号易受干扰、温度补偿可靠性差等问题,设计了一种一体式封装的pH传感器,并介绍了传感器的测量原理、结构设计和测控电路设计.参照相关标准对传感器性能进行了实验验证,其响应时间为10 s,最大漂移为0.04 pH,温度补偿精度为0.03 pH.实验结果表明:传感器响应速度快、测量稳定性好、温度补偿可靠性高,特别适合于水环境监测与水质污染控制等领域的溶液酸碱度监测.

Abstract:In order to solve problems of traditional on-line pH monitoring instrument such as short transmission distance, measuring signal is susceptible to interference and reliability of temperature compensation is poor, a new integrated and packaged pH sensor is designed and measuring principle, structure design and measurement and control design circuit are introduced. According to relevant standard, several experiments have been conducted to verify performance of sensor,which response time is 10 s, maximum drift is 0.04 pH and precision of temperature compensation is 0. 03 pH. Experimental results show that the sensor has quick response, good measurement stability, high temperature compensation reliability, especially suit for pH value measurement in the fields of water environment monitoring and water pollution control.
