高精密称重系统设计

摘    要:介绍一种高精密称重系统的设计.在现有高精度称重系统研究现状的基础上,设计了一种高精密的称重系统,对称重系统的软硬件进行了设计,针对现有称重系统中可能存在的误差源进行了分析,并有针对性地进行了硬件和软件去噪处理和系统校正,进行了平台水平检测,经过实验测试,该称重系统测量绝对误差不超过±0.1g,相对误差不超过0.25%.

Abstract:Introduce design of a high-precision weighing system. On the basis of the existing research status of high-precision weighing system, design a high-precision weighing system, hardware and software design of the weighing system is carried out. Aiming at possible error sources of existing weighing system, analysis is carried out, and hardware and software denoising processing and system correction are carried out. The most important point is the innovation of the platform level detection, after the test, measurement absolute error of this system is less than +0.1 g,relative error is less than 0.25 %.
