基于BP神经网络自适应PID的负载控制系统

摘    要:针对常规PID控制器无法满足时变负载测试系统的快速性和精度要求,设计基于改进BP神经网络的自适应PID控制器;利用西门子S7-200 PLC实现PID算法和神经网络算法,成功实现测试系统对工具进行空载、轻载、重载、瞬间加载等测试;并在BOSCH的圆锯变负载测试系统中得到应用。

Abstract:To the problem that the common PID controller can satisfy the rapidity and accuracy of a time variation load testing system,the self-adaptive PID controller based on BP neural networks is designed.Siemens S7-200 PLC to achieve PID algorithm and neural networks algorithm.The tests are successfully impletmedited with different mode in no-load,light-load,heavy-load,instant-load.And its application to BOSCH fretsaw test platform shows its effective ness.
