热管换热器的优化设计

摘    要:利用正交设计法对热管换热器进行优化设计,在多因素多水平的影响下,选取热管换热系数k为评价指标,希望望大特性热管换热系数k越大越好,得出热管换热器结构的优化组合,充分说明了正交设计法的优越性.为热管换热器结构的优化提供了方向。

Abstract:This paper optimizes and designs the heat pipe heat exchanger by orthogonal design method, under the influence of multi - factor and multi - level, heat pipe heat transfer coefficient k is selected for the evaluation index, most remarkable features of heat pipe heat transfer coefficient k lager is better, to get heat pipe heat exchanger configuration optimized, as a result, the superiority of the orthogonal design method is fully demonstrated, so that this paper provides configuration optimization direction for heat pipe heat exchanger.
