冷轧工艺酸洗液中硅泥去除工艺的研究

摘    要:酸洗液的除硅效果直接影响到酸洗系统的正常运行和副产氧化铁粉的质量,由于该硅泥的粒度小,用机械分离的方法很难去除.研究了用絮凝沉降法去除硅泥的工艺,研究结果表明采用复合絮凝剂去除酸洗液中的硅泥是可行的,选用合适的絮凝剂添加量经2 h沉降后可去除酸洗液中80%以上的硅泥.

Abstract:The efficiency of silica sludge removal from pickling liquor effects the operation of pickling line and quality of iron oxide powder as a by-product in cold rolling plant. Since silica particles in pickling liquor are very fine, it is very difficult to remove by mechanical method. A new silica sludge removal process was investigated. The results show that it is feasible to remove silica sludge by floeeulation sedimention. After two hours of sediment with suitable compound flocculating agent, more than 80% of the silica sludge in the pickling liquor can be removed.
