| 摘 要： | 材料表面维氏硬度试验压痕区域用数字图像处理技术自动准确提取是一个技术难点。提出了一种分析策略，利用小波多分辨率理论分析取样信号，有效地提取了马氏体组织上硬度试验压痕边缘，并实现了维氏硬度的自动计算，在应用中取得了很好的效果。

| Abstract: | To get the impress region of the Vickers hardness test exactly using the common digital image processing techniques, this paper introduces a strategy for the analysis. The system can efficiently get the edges of the indentation in the martensite material by analyzing the sampling signals using the wavelet and the multi-resolution theories. So it can analyze the Vickers hardness automatically. It has had a good effect in application. |
