| 摘 要： | 从分析外军装备质量监督手段入手,深入剖析了外军装备质量监督手段的优点;指出我军现行装备质量监督存在的问题,并借鉴外军装备质量监督有益经验,结合我国经济体制改革、国防工业体制调整,提出我军的改进措施,为科学构建我军装备质量监督方法打下基础。

| Abstract: | Beginning with methods of the equipment quality supervision in the foreign army, the paper thoroughly analyses its merits, and points out the problems of equipment quality supervision in our army. Using the foreign army's experiences for reference, combining with our economy system reform and national industry system modulation, the paper puts forward the improvement measures of our army, and lays a foundation of our army's equipment quality supervision which is built scientifically. |
