| 摘 要： | 从地形的分析入手，结合地质灾害的用地评价，以重庆市涪陵区沙背沱地块控制性规划为例，通过构建基于复杂山地地形的研究框架，阐述了如何构建规划区的各个系统，得出复杂地形山地城市控规应综合权衡各方面因素。

| Abstract: | Starting from the analysis on landscape and combined with the location estimation of geologic hazards,this paper elaborates on how to construct the planning area's different systems,illustrated by the regulatory planning of Shabeituo region Fuling district Chongqing city,through establishing a research framework for complex terrain in mountainous regions,summarizing every aspect for comprehensive consideration in the regulatory planning of mountainous cities with complex terrain. |
