摘    要:吐哈油田鲁克沁稠油地层水矿化度较高(普遍超过10~5mg/L),钙镁离子含量高,约为6 000 mg/L左右,而国内降粘剂抗钙镁离子水平普遍低于3 000 mg/L,使用时易与钙镁离子络合,性能会降低,甚至出现反相针对稠油的储层特征和原油物性特点,在研究降粘剂与地层水的配伍性后开发了适用的降粘剂CFS-3,它具有良好的耐盐性能,能够形成较低粘度的O/W型稠油乳状液,对地面储输、破乳影响较小,并且可以循环利用。矿场试验已取得重要进展,即将在鲁克沁油田鲁8、鲁2及玉东202等区块进行整体推广。

Abstract:Formation water salinity is higher(generally more than 10 000 mg/L),and the content of Ca~(2+)& Mg~(2+) is higher(about 6 000 mg/L) in Lukeqin viscous oil reservoir in Turpan-Hami Oilfield.However,domestic viscosity reducing agents adapt to Ca~(2+)& Mg~(2+) less than 3 000 mg/L,mushy due to being easily complex with Ca~(2+)& Mg~(2+) even antiphase. According to reservoir characterization and physical property of viscous oil,the appropriate viscosity reducing agent CFS -3 with high salinity resistant capacity was developed after studying compatibility between viscosity reducing agent and formation water.It can generate oil/water type viscous oil emulsion with lower viscosity,and has little influence on surface storage and transportation and deemulsification,and can be recycled.Great progress has been achieved in field experiment.The technology will be popularized and applied integrally in Lu 8,Lu 2,Yudong 202 Block of Lukeqin oilfield.
