摘    要:为了更深入地探索天然气管线中所输介质与内腐蚀之间的关系,利用实验获得的在气相或液相中H2S、CO2缓蚀剂浓度与其所导致的内腐蚀速度值,采用数理统计的方法,确定H2S、CO2、缓蚀剂与内腐蚀速度之间的最佳的逐步回归方程,以达到预测内腐蚀速度的目的;并将此方程计算结果与实际腐蚀情况相比较以验证其可信度。所有逐步回归过程及预测由编写的程序系统来完成。

Abstract:In order to deeply explore the relation between the transmitted mediums and the internal corrosion in gas pipeline, by use of the obtained by test internal corrosion velocity values caused by H 2S, CO 2 and corrosion control agent concentration in gas phase or liquid phase, an optimal stepwise regression equation expressing the relation between the H 2S CO 2 and corrosion control agent and the internal corrosion velocity is derived by applying mathematical statistical method, by which the internal corrosion velocity may be predicted. The creditability of this equation was verified through comparing the result calculated by use of the equation with the one corroded practically and all the stepwise regression process and predication were finished by self programming system.
