| Abstract: | The aged refuse is defined as the stabilized municipal solid waste in MSW landfill. The excavated aged refuse can be used as cover material, nutrimental soil, processed construction material, and packing material of biofilters which can effectively treat various waste waters such as landfill leachate, sewerage, livestock and poultry waste water, and waste gases. The article summarizes the current situation of excavation, comprehensive utilization and study of aged refuse at home and abroad and presents a good prospect in the utilization of aged refuse. |
