| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the situation that the traditional teaching management is not adaptable to the talents cultivation mode reform in higher vocational education.Starting from the demand of the reform,the paper puts forward five development strategies in aspects of changing conception,perfecting function,improving the mechanism,establishing a sound system and developing the team,etc. |
