转杯纱与环锭纱针织物透气性能的比较研究

摘    要:采用相同支数,相同原料的环锭纱和转杯纱进行针织编织,分析它们的透气性能,研究了1+1罗纹、2+2罗纹、罗纹半空气层3种常用罗纹组织织物在不同弯纱深度时织物透气性能的变化情况,同时对2种纱线织物的透气性能进行对比分析.通过研究发现随着穹纱深度的增加,3种组织织物的透气性能都逐渐增大,相同弯纱深度时,1+1罗纹织物透气性最好,2+2罗纹织物透气性最差,转杯纱编织的3种罗纹组织织物的透气性能在相同弯纱深度和相同组织下比环锭纱的针织物要好.

Abstract:This paper analyzes the air permeability performance of the fabrics knitted with ring spinning yarn and rotor spinning yarn of the same count and the same materials.It also studies the change of air permeability of three common rib fabrics such as 1+1 rib,2+2 rib and rib air level at different sinking depth and makes a comparative analysis of the air permeability of two yarn fabrics.The result shows that the air permeability performance of three tissue fabrics gradually improves with the increase of sinking depth.With the same sinking depth,1+1 rib fabric enjoys the best air permeability and the worst does 2+2 rib fabric and the air permeability of three rib tissue fabrics knitted with rotor spinning is better than fabrics knitted with ring spinning at the same sinking depth and with the same tissue.
