摘    要:本文介绍利用KI-MIBK萃取体系将果胶中微量镉富集后,直接将有机相喷入空气-乙炔火焰中进行原子吸收光谱法测定,借以提高原子吸收法对镉的测定灵敏度,结果满意。

Abstract:it is introduced in this paper that using an extracting system of patassium iodide-methyl isobuty ketone,trace cadmium in pectin is richened.The organic phase is in-troduccd into airacetylene flame directly then atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS)is applied.The higher sensitivity have been obtained and the results of method are significantly.
