摘 要: | 批量生产圆形器件过程中,在线检测还缺乏快速算法.本文在脊波变换理论的基础上,利用多尺度小波变换具有去噪、准确定位奇异点和边缘提取等优势,针对圆形图像的特征,给出了一种检测圆形器件内外径的快速算法.实验模拟证明,该算法具有较高的检测精度和可靠性.

Roundness Image Edge Detection Based on Ridgelet Transform |

Abstract: | The authors propose a new rapid algorithm for detecting the internal and external image edges of workpiece roundness.The algorithm takes advantage of the features of roundness image based on the theory of ridgelet transform and multi-scale wavelet transform which has the properties of de-noise, allocating oddity exactly and edge distilling.The simulation experiments show that the algorithm has higher precision and reliability.The implementation of rapid algorithm for checking roundness workpiece online of batch production achieved satisfactory results. |
