摘    要:通过对编辑出版《中国酒文化研究——第一卷:"中国酒都宜宾"酒文化研究》的认识和感受的梳理,提出酒文化具有定位功能、催生功能、推动功能、挽救功能。结合酒类企业创立、生产、经营、销售、衰退的案例进行了分析。

Abstract:four functions of alcoholic beverage culture,i.e.sorting,catalytic,promoting and saving functions were proposed through the recognition and experience gained from the edition and publication of China alcoholic beverage culture-Volume I: research on alcoholic beverage culture of Yinbin,liquor city of China.Case analysis was also carried out according to the establishment,production,management,sale and recession of liquor enterprises.
