辐射制冷器用纤维支撑系统的工程化研究

摘    要:以辐射制冷器级间纤维支撑系统为研究对象,介绍了一种新型支撑方式,进一步解决了纤维支撑系统的工程化应用。利用Ansys有限元软件对系统进行准静态结构强度分析,并获得纤维绳的预紧力。设计加工了一套试验件,经力学振动试验,验证了纤维支撑系统结构设计和分析方法是合理的。该系统的一阶固有频率达120 Hz以上,被吊装的二级组件约2 kg,为研制更大冷量的辐射制冷器奠定了技术基础,也为多元多组件红外探测器提供一个稳定的低温平台。

Abstract:Base on the fiber support system(FSS)of radiant cooling,a new structural support form was introduced to help realizing engineering application for FSS.The static analysis of FSS was accomplished using Ansys software and the amount of pre-tension on fibers was predicted.Vibration test was conducted and the results indicate that the structure design and analytical method are reasonable.The system supports a subassembly of about 2 kg in weight and has a first natural frequency of 120 Hz.The system can enhance ...
