基于马天尼胶装联动线书刊装订质量的优化方法研究

针对目前影响书刊最终质量的无线胶装工艺中过程,控制经验化、协同性差以及与产品特性不适配的诸多瓶颈问题,依据GB CY/T-系列标准,结合自制的精确测试标版,以马天尼无线胶装联动线为依托,建立了一套通过数字控制来形成无线胶装书刊质量优化的解决方法。该方法对提高生产效率、降低废品率以及提高书刊产品质量和强化企业竞争力有重要作用,对进一步提升国内书刊企业产品质量也有一定的指导意义。

Study on the Bookbinding Quality Optimization Method Based on Martini Adhesive Binding Linkage Line
