摘    要:钢板的破坏形式往往反映钢板受力过程的作用机理,分析受力钢板不同的损伤原因,可以找出钢板性能上的不足或内部质量等缺陷,为钢板生产工艺的改进提供依据。中碳Cr-Ni-Mo钢板在100 mm曳光穿甲弹作用下发生损伤,检验钢板的金相组织和宏观低倍,并对钢板进行全厚度方向布氏硬度、化学成分原位分析。结果表明,钢板心部有明显的白亮带,白亮带上硬度偏低,存在成分负偏析,钢板心部分层是沿着白亮带扩展的。因此,钢板心部的白亮带是钢板中的薄弱环节,是钢板产生损伤的主要原因。
