Abstract:In this paper,based on the constitutive relationship obtained by isothermal compression,a finite element model of hot extrusion of IN690 superalloy tube was established.The effect of billet temperature(T b = 1000~1200℃),extrusion speed(v=20~20 mm/s)and die preheating temperature(T d =300~500℃) on the temperature rise and extrusion force during tube hot extrusion process was investigated by using orthogonal experimental design method.The results show that the billet temperature takes the greatest impact on temperature rise and the extrusion force,followed by extrusion speed and the die preheat temperature.The optimal process parameters are:T b =1200℃,v=20 mm/s,T d =300℃,and the error is less than 8%.
