纳米晶Bi2Cu0.1V0.9O5.35粉末材料的沉淀法制备和特性研究

摘    要:采用反向滴定沉淀法合成Bi2Cu0.1V0.9O5.3(5BICUVOX.10)纳米粉体材料。通过热重-差热分析和X射线衍射研究BICUVOX.10粉料的相形成过程和相特性。结果表明,样品在500℃以上4 h退火后已完全形成单一的室温稳定四方γ导电相。用X射线多功能电子能谱对BICUVOX.10粉末的组分分布及化学态进行分析:样品中Bi、V、Cu元素的摩尔比约为20∶9∶1。透射电镜对样品颗粒分散性的研究表明:一定量表面活性剂PEG4000(聚乙二醇4000)的添加可有效提高纳米BICUVOX.10粉体颗粒的分散性;当PEG4000添加量为5%时,BICUVOX.10纳米颗粒产物的分散性最佳。

Abstract:Bi2Cu0.1V0.9O5.35(BICUVOX.10) nano-powders were successfully synthesized by reversing titration co-precipitation method.The phase formation and properties were characterized using thermo-gravimetric analysis/differential thermal analysis and X-ray diffraction.It has been found that complete single tetragonal conductive γ-phase is formed when BICUVOX.10 powders are annealed above 500 oC for 4 h.The component distribution and chemical state analysis were studied by X-ray photoelectron spectrometer.The mol ratio of Bi,V and Cu is close to 20∶9∶1 for BICUVOX.10 samples.The investigation of the powders dispersion examined by transmission electron microscope reveals that the addition of a certain of surfactant PEG4000(Polyethylene Glycol 4000) would effectively improve the dispersions of BICUVOX.10 nano-particles.The BICUVOX.10 nano-powders show the best homogenous distribution when the content of PEG4000 is about 5%(mass fraction).
